Name Announced for Bluffton Subdivision
New subdivision name announced during groundbreaking event.
The search for a new subdivision name in Bluffton is over, and we are happy to announce that we've selected a winner! First, we'd like to thank the community-wide input we received with such creative names. The naming contest helped us obtain fresh ideas and community involvement, inspiring us for the groundwork ahead.
It was hard to make a choice but the selected name felt right. We unveiled the name during a groundbreaking ceremony with the Wells County Chamber of Commerce. The new community will be named Harvest Acres. The country setting and new name will fit like a glove for this subdivision.
Kroger shopping plaza, Bluffton-Harrison Metropolitan schools, and employers are all within a short drive. Ideal intends on building homes with ample square footage, single and two-story homes, three-bay car garages, and detached villas.
Persons interested in obtaining sales information on the subdivision can contact Ideal's authorized agent, Lacey Caffee.
