Ideal welcomes John Green

We are thrilled to share that John Green has joined the Ideal family as a Field Superintendent.  Adding John to our team will ensure we continue to have a healthy balance of home builds that our Field Superintendents oversee.

John has been in the construction industry in some shape or form since 1977, when he got his start working in a lumber yard in Hamilton, Indiana.  John brings a unique perspective to the job - he ran his own construction business for 19 years before taking on a traveling position. He is back now and better than ever!

We are excited to have his experience and passion for construction on the team.  He'll begin shadowing some of our current staff to get a lay of the land and start meeting with clients very soon.

Ideal Builders is currently serving over 33 subdivision communities alongside custom home builds throughout Northeast Indiana.  We've been in business for over 60 years, and our goals remain the same - building trust and quality in every home.
