Melanie, a proud native of Decatur, Indiana, brings a wealth of experience and dedication to the Biggs Group. With a background in Human Services, she honed her skills as a Transportation Administrator before joining our family of companies in 2019.

Melanie's commitment to going above and beyond is evident in her prior role with the company, as an Executive Administrator to the Director of Development and Property Management. She excels in multitasking, attention to detail, and project management. Her willingness to help and ability to take on new projects make her an invaluable asset to Ideal Builders.

Melanie’s biggest passion is her family. Melanie and her husband, Adam, are proud parents to five wonderful children. Family is the heartbeat that fuels both her professional and personal success.
