Legacy Heights is Wabash’s newest community.  Located within an established neighborhood, Legacy Heights is a ‘Front Porch Community’ where neighbors become friends.  Parkview Health System and the City of Wabash played instrumental roles in creating this unique neighborhood that is walkable to vibrant downtown Wabash.  The development consists of 26 single homes and 18 attached duplex homes. Single-story, story and half, and  two story homes are available. The City of Wabash offers amenities for every age group. The Honeywell Center brings arts and entertainment to the community along with the newly renovated Eagles Theater. There are beautiful walking trails and parks nearby. Driving Directions:
From Highway 24 turn South onto Highway 13 (Manchester Avenue) drive approximately 1 mile and turn East on East Street, Legacy Heights will be on the right side of the road.  From Highway 124 take Highway 15 into Wabash. Turn North East onto Wabash Ave. then turn North on Highway 13 (Manchester Avenue) turn East on East Street, Legacy Heights will be on the right side of the road.
