New Housing Project Targeted Towards Former Foster Children

 SCAN and SAFY announced plans to build a $7.2 million apartment complex targeted to 18 to 25-year-olds who age out of foster care on Monday. The complex will be built at 2828 Fairfield Avenue, the former site of the Duemling Clinic Building.
