Exciting New Communities Coming in 2014!!!!

Ideal Suburban Homes will be breaking ground in 3 new housing communities coming in 2014:

*Bell Farm Estates will be located in Decatur, Indiana, and will have approximately 150 single family homes and 88 villas. 

*Groundbreaking has begun in Lincoln Pointe Phase 4 which is located in Columbia City, Indiana. This new subdivision will have 23 total lots. (2 of which are currently sold)

*Mitchell's Reserve will be located in Warsaw, Indiana, and will have a total of 107 single family homes and villas.
