When the Mayor of Van Wert came to us with his blueprints in hand for a dream home, we got straight to work. This home features 0-barrier entry that makes it wheelchair accessible and boasts open concepts in the main living spaces. Geothermal heating and cooling system demanded the most efficient building standards to ensure energy efficiency for years to come. Sometimes, part of the dream is taking ownership in the build and as a true handyman, the Mayor opted to handle some finishes himself like the guest bathroom neighboring the master bedroom.
