Director of Sales

Kim is Director of Sales for Ideal Builders. She joined Ideal Builders in 2005 and has been a committed advocate for a smooth, informed and customer focused sales experience. With 30 plus years of sales experience, Kim values and delivers on the importance of building effective results-oriented relationships. In her pursuit of fulfilling the home ownership dreams of Ideal’s customers, Kim works closely  with realtors, lenders, title companies and project managers to achieve Ideal’s goal of 'Building Trust and Quality in Every Home'.

Kim’s other passion is her family. Kim and her husband, Kerry, reside in Cicero and enjoy traveling and spending time with their children and ten grandchildren.
