Do you only build homes with a slab foundation?

Ideal Suburban Homes not only builds homes with slab foundations, but we also build homes with crawl spaces, standard basements, or walkout basements or any combination to best suit your lot conditions and your needs.

Do you only build in your own subdivisions?

No, we will also build in other subdivisions or on your own lot.   If you don’t have a lot we will be glad to help you find one.

Do your homes come with a warranty?

Yes, all of our homes come with an insured warranty.   Ideal Suburban Homes partners with Residential Warranty Company to provide you with an insured warranty on your new home.   The warranty is for two years from roof to floor, four years on roof and roof systems, and ten years on the structure of your home.   Our customer service department is also one of the best and is available to help you with any questions / concerns you may have.

How long does it take to build a new home once we sign the purchase agreement?

Typically, it is approximately 120 days once the foundation is in.   This time frame can be moved up with good weather conditions.

I want to buy a home but have no idea on how to go about getting a loan for it?

We would be glad to help you get started on the loan process.  We will put you in contact with a lender that will best fit your situation.

What if we want to build a home that isn’t one of your standard plans?

Whether you chose one of our plans, one of our plans with modifications, or you have your dream home drawn up on a napkin, the experience of the Ideal team including sales staff and our own in-house CAD Department can build you the home of your dreams.
